still quite stylish, even as a juvie! :)
Cool photos of the Magpie Carole but the video is really great!! I love to see birds in action!
Season's Greetings and lovely photos of the juvenile Maggie. They are fun to watch.
Merry Christmas to you and yours!!!
He seems an awfully big bird to still be relying on his parents...
I love your crystal sharp pics of the magpie. The video is great too. I have 2 maggies in my garden every morning and afternoon snacking on the insects. Must capture them soon, but I doubt that I can get them as sharp as yours.
Magpies always seem such curious birds.
Tha magpie is a very striking bird Carole especially shaking off the water after a bathe. Love the video, the soundtrack is wonderful with that exotic, tropical song in the background.
Beautiful birds you have photographed, Carole.
The video is really quite amazing.
I wish you a very happy second Christmas day.
Greetings Irma
This could be my back garden - same birds! (but a different fence!)
Hope you had a good Christmas.
Cheers and thanks for linking to WBW.

Great shots of the Magpies, Carole. Your video is fantastic.
Obviously he doesn't want to leave the nest ( so to speak) and why not when he's got Mum & Dad dancing to his beat .... clever magpie.
Love the photos and video. Happy New Year. xo Jenny
Nice pictures you show.
Wish you a good second Christmas Day :) Hanne Bente
...cool birds! The magpie is big. I didn't realize they were that big. Love the song in the background of the butcher bird.
Hope you had a wonderful Christmas!
Great photos of the magpie and I love watching the birds taking their baths!

Very nice! Good photos, and I LOVE the video: to see the birds in action and hear their songs is a real treat.
For some reason, I cannot get video to work from my laptop...but the images are wonderful! Happy New year~
Beautiful colouring!! Boom & Gary of the Vermilon River, Canada.
You all have the biggest birds! The first photo looks a bit intimidating to me!
