I think I am with TexWisGirl. I rather have a pine tree than a palm tree. I like the colors and the architecture of the buildings. What is that row of fountains for?

I'm with you Theresa re the pines/palms thoughts. Andrew,it's a long hike to Australia but I know you'd love what there is to explore. Barb, the fountains were just for looks, and the seagulls were drinking from it too.

It seems like there was a lot to gaze up for on this trip--tall buildings, tall trees, sky way up high! It makes for a really interesting and close-up perspective... as opposed to just backing way up and shooting. I think it adds to that feeling we're all describing where we feel like we are there with you! I remember you've done this inside some beautiful buildings too, with wonderful results!

Manly is as though it is not part of Sydney at all. I think the ferry ride clears out the urban cobwebs.

I would love to visit Australia sometime! Your scenery, buildings, and skylines are gorgeous! I always enjoy your photos. This is the kind of stuff you don't see on television.
