Nice selection of water birds. Can never get used to the idea of BLACK swans even though there one used to be in Cambridge for many years.

I love those close-up portraits Carole. I never realised the Black Swan had a white saddle on the bill or that Purple Swamphen had quite such an enormous bill.

The Black Swans are among my favorites! I'm so used to seeing white swans. Fantastic shot of the Swamphen! The Ibis, too!
