Today's papercut is a design by Cynthia Lyle & Pam Neely from BackStreet Designs Pattern books.Paper blossoms added were made from originally white gift tissue, sprayed with re-inkers and scrunched up. Opened out and ironed onto freezer paper for stability. Blossom shapes were punched with Carl Punch CP-2 Sakura and centres were added with a drop of Dimensional Magic and a sprinkling of silver micro-beads.
