Mellow Yellow #143

Four hours west of Sydney, in central western N.S.W., Cowra boasts superb Canola crops (also known as Field Mustard), in abundance.  These crops go on to produce what is considered to be one of the healthiest of cooking oils.

That is one beautiful view.
(and I like your alternate name for this crop that we used to know as 'rapeseed')

I also first knew this crop as rape or rapeseed. I think canola is a much kinder name. I love the brilliant yellow!

Great clorful picture: yellow flowers, green landscape and blue sky.
It reminds me of our trip to Germany last year where we did a walk through rapeseed fields.
