Violet

A sprinkling of old-fashioned violets from my  neighbours garden.

Backdrop: a packaging box turned on its side with a sheet of  12 x 12 textured cardstock taped to the base

Finale: Text, Albermarle Swash, and an added a touch of Vintage Findings - Cheesecloth texture around the outer edges.

Gorgeous treatment of the violets!! I have used silk cloth as a backdrop, pinning it to the curtains...

Love the textures and colours! Is it a coincidence you've used the colours of womens suffrage??!!

Red: Yes it was total co-incidence.

I love Violets, they remind me of spring and my Grandma. Their scent is heavenly. You've done an awesome job with your edit.
