Munmorah visit for wild flowers - Part Three

it was around 4.30 pm now, lurking in the long shadows

 looking back

Eriostemon, Pink Wax flower

the last photos of the day at Munmorah National Park

Last stop before leaving, for the pretty pink Wax Flower along  roadside, with Dillwynia (yellow). You will hear Whip-birds several times during the short clip, also the raucous ‘song’ from the Wattlebird (0.14), is there, and sounds of my walking over dried, crunchy undergrowth.  The tall stems at the end of the video are those of Flannel flowers, just at budding up stage now.

Lovely time of year!
Beautiful photographic description of your walk, Carole. We have relatives in the area, but haven't been there for a while.
