Camellia, Yuletide

Autumn flowers are starting to happen on the camellias now.  This is one of my favourites because of the richness of colour, flowering right near my back door.

Gorgeous! It sure beats all the snow we're seeing here! It's still falling as I type this.

tks everyone for your comments; I love this camellia and it has a distinct perfume too. A lot going for it! Colour, vibrancy and perfume. Geke, each flower lasts several days on the shrub, but the camellia will continue to open new buds over a period of 2 - 3 months I guess.
