If you're inclined, you can dine up top in the revolving restaurant. It is noted, "dining time is limited to 1.5 hrs" So check in, eat up, and then step out for some fresh air onto the SkyWalk, just 268 metres above street level ... feeling a little shaky?
on my way, heading back to the rail-station; ground-level suits me just fine, forget the Sky-Walk.

Carole, those photos are just wonderful! We lived there in the late '70's for a little while. There is something magical about Sydney, and you have caught it in these lovely photos. bye for now Jane
Its great photo tour around Sydney! I liked the fountains, big old trees and the stunning tower. Sydney is one of a city i wish to check. hope to see more through u r photos.
i like that folks actually stop and play chess. and really loved the fountains.
I think I might pass on the Sky-Walk eatery also. Strange as not to long ago I would be all for it. Guess that is what aging does to oneself.
All your pictures are great, the tower, the pigeon, and the fountain.
Greetings,
Filip
I have not bothered with either the top of Centrepoint nor with the skywalk. However, I have tried the cafe up the top of the Supreme Court, but my camera had to be left with the security guards on the ground floor which was a bummer. I am hoping that the HHT Open Day in September opens the Central Clock Tower to guided visits. Now THAT would be a view.
Im digging that Center point tower. that is pretty impressive

Julie, in it's early days, I had dined up top with a large group. Got to remember your table bearings, since if you get up to visit 'the ladies' .. when you come out the revolve has turned a nudge and tables are somewhere else.
Thank you for the brief tour..I enjoyed it! Will have to hold on to your arm while out on the cat walk!!!! Got a little dizzy for a minute!
Hugs,
Jan
That has to be the biggest chess board I've ever seen! The fountain is spectacular. Your shot of the pigeon is beautiful, Carole. I've never seen one just sitting in the grass like that.
Hi Carole and thanks for the trip to "the other side of the world"! Great photos !
Great shots carole! I love the giant chess board.
Fantastic to see.. I really want to visit one day.. and just to let you know as we enter our summer it's freezing xx
Take care Carole xx
Impressive series, Carole. The revolving tower is really neat, the view from the sky walk must be spectacular.
cheers
These are great shots. really enjoyed looking at these, and also thought that chess game was very unique.
