love the stork! :)
Are the birds Ibis or storks? Even the Birds enjoy the Chinese Gardens. Great place.
What a suprise, a nice view and then those beautiful birds.
...I added notation; they're 'white ibis'
Wow, that water looks inviting on a rare steamy day down South!!! Looks like summer is going out with a BANG! I wonder is there any part of Australia those ibis DON'T go?!?!
Ah to be a kid again...
That's a beautiful place, Carole! Love the Ibis! It looks like they hang around people like our ducks do here.
Great shots, Carole!! I love the shots of the Ibis... nice clarity.
Hi Carole,Thanks for leaving a comment. The silly deoderant thingy... well the plastic that holds the rolling ball in place is quite soft. I cut it with the craft knife that is on the craft mat. If you look hard, maybe magnify the photo, you will see a series of slits which fold back and the ball pops out.I've enjoyed sharing your Darling Harbour trip. Great photos, especially as I was there in December myself - I think I mentioned it. Cheers,Ros.
Great shots Carole......as usual very nice work.greetings, Joop
Great photos Calore, the white ibis is great, very well done.Have a nice weekend.Greetings Irma
I would love to be playing in that water right about now. I'm tired of all the snow. The white Ibis is an interesting bird with it's long legs and beak.
Oh wie wundervoll, gerne hätte ich jetzt auch Sommer und Sonnenschein.LG Mathilda ♥
Beautiful place. Love that Ibis!
Looks cool and comfortable...great pics Carol!
Is the ibis in the wading pool? Or someplace else? Hard to tell from the photo...
Hi Judy; no the ibis weren't in the wading pool with the kids but much further along the water-way. I did wonder to myself if they would actually be drinking that chlorinated water? Maybe they've got cast-iron stomachs....
