..another morning walk

A followup on yesterdays post, and for this morning's walk we'll head down alongside the bay shall we?

On the way though, these crows were being swooped on by a few Noisy Miners, the bird that looked so innocent feeding on the Poorinda Grevillea yesterday.

basking in the morning sunshine and looking magnificent

there's the top part of a tree showing over on the left of this photo, it stands above the line of trees.  A large flock of noisy corellas had landed in it.

I only had my little camera, but there they were, you can make them out.  It looks like they've managed to partly denude those lower branches from frequent visits I'd say.

the Wataggan Mountains backdrop, such a lovely way to start a new day, looking out over the water

Masked Lapwing (Plovers) on the peir, and a pair of Little Pied Cormorants on the posts

thanks for visiting Snap Happy Birding, and for leaving a comment; I can still see them. Now both my blogs are resting in idle mode. It was time to give other things priority, even though I miss my regular blogging and the feedback that came my way over the years. Take care.
