Melaleuca (paperbark) I saw a magpie fly off with a huge chunk of this. Good to know it served such a great purpose, I thought what a great lining for a new nest!
i wonder if i will ever get to see a "magpie" in person ... such interesting birds. i love the shots here. looks really grey. i love the shot of all the boat turned over. looks very calming ... (:

I like the red beak and leggs on the sea gull. They also have red eye lids isn't it? It doesn´t show on the picture. Beautiful pictures!
