Circular Quay to Manly, N.S.W., Part Two

Moving right along ...the Sydney Harbour Bridge in the distance now, since I'm sailing today, not climbing.

hadn't picked it up from the ferry, and not until editing these did I see "a ceremony" taking place

Maybe a segment for a tv show even, who knows. Seems the couple sitting looking out over the harbour weren't invited.

All thrill-seekers are supplied with a jacket; fancy getting wet on the Jet Boat?

Rugged sandstone cliff-face.  According to Australian Museum, Sydney Harbour is made up of mostly sandstone and shale formed during the Triassic period (about 220 million years ago).

Manly coming up; (next post).

momto8, I wasn't sailing on a little skipper. My Part One of this series mentions about catching the ferry across to Manly :)

  10. That wedding was more likely to be one of the numerous Japanese ceremonies that are performed all around Sydney harbour. I find them quite sad, as they usually have more photographers than family and friends.

thanks for visiting Snap Happy Birding, and for leaving a comment; I can still see them. Now both my blogs are resting in idle mode. It was time to give other things priority, even though I miss my regular blogging and the feedback that came my way over the years. Take care.
