I'd been hoping to get better photos of the rosellas somewhere, sometime, and, when walking around Rathmines, Lake Macquarie recently, I could hear them out there.
Eastern Rosella Platycercus eximius is a medium-sized parrot, with amazing vivid, colour contrasts.
