I like that rusty roof on the old church. And the Rosellas are such interesting bright-coloured birds. Are they a kind of parrot? Is it common to see three on the same fence? It kooks very exotic to me.
Quaint was exactly my thoughts before even reading your post - a cute little church. The archway is quite prominent and almost distracting but inviting as well. Those birds are beautiful poised all in a row. Lovely shots!
What a cute little church and what an interesting place for the fireplace. Looks like it might be in the bathroom or in a closet. Love those bird. First time I ever saw one of these. Or heard of one either. Very far from where you live???
Some else's post today featured the colorful rosella--very beautiful birds--apparently not too camera shy? Think that gate to the church must have been re-cycled but it makes a statement, doesn't it? "You are entering a very important place."
Hi Carole, thought you'd gone AWOL then I realised everyone after 12 was late lol. Love our country fences, I wish to live in the country someday and I dont care which country it is lol Bridget #2
thanks for visiting Snap Happy Birding, and for leaving a comment; I can still see them. Now both my blogs are resting in idle mode. It was time to give other things priority, even though I miss my regular blogging and the feedback that came my way over the years. Take care.
