Origami Leaf Cards

Ann Martin at All Things Paper stirred my interest a while ago when she posted this interesting project for origami-leaf-cards.

Now I tend to be a little 'origami-challenged' most the time, but these came together just fine.

Here's some of what I've made this weekend, with a variation to the original project design, shown on the Paper Zone blog here.

  1. Oh Carole...I love these! I was in Paper Zone the other day and purchased some of the papers (double sided) that they recommend for this very project...been too busy to give it a try yet!

I love your new cards, inspired by Ann's blog. The colour schemes used have worked nicely and I love the diagonal touch to the card patterns.

  5. These are wonderful!
Trust me, no one is more Origami challenged than I am! It once took me almost 3 hours to get one little paper swan to look as it was supposed to. :-)

  8. These cards are absolutely darling. What a coincidence, I also make cards in my "spare time from photography". My cards are totally different than these. Love these cards and think they are so creative! Jeanne

thanks for visiting Snap Happy Birding, and for leaving a comment; I can still see them. Now both my blogs are resting in idle mode. It was time to give other things priority, even though I miss my regular blogging and the feedback that came my way over the years. Take care.
