Love the close up photos you captured so beautifully. One does not get to see birds up close like this very often. Especially like your Australasian Grebe photo! Amazing! Very cool swirls in the water! Thanks for sharing!
love the teal and the grebe especially. For some reason the teal reminds me a bit of a loon. I do love loons and used to hear them all of the time when I was a kid and we had a cabin on a minnesota lake. Maybe it is the red eyes. Do you have loons in Australia?
