Eastern Rosella - video

Yesterday afternoon and the rosellas are still munching on the spent crepe-myrtle seedheads, what are left of them.  It quite amazes me how long they will spend eating them, at least an hour at a time;  I don't know where they put it all.

  21. Incredibly colourful! Just about the only place they could successfully hide would be in a botanical garden...or maybe a quilt show.

thanks for visiting Snap Happy Birding, and for leaving a comment; I can still see them. Now both my blogs are resting in idle mode. It was time to give other things priority, even though I miss my regular blogging and the feedback that came my way over the years. Take care.
