The noisy juvenile Eastern Koel was out in the back bush corridor this morning. Instead of being buried inside of the red flowering Bottlebrush in yesterday's post, now you can see more of it, and the size of it. Not so diminutive as it might've first appeared!
There it is, perched on the branch inside the circle and I've zoomed in ....
still chirping, and Little Wattlebird still would flit about to and fro. Unfortunately it was at this point that it flew off deeper into the trees; no more pics. I just thought it a good followup on yesterday.
I'm not up on native species; does anyone know this one, what it is called?

What an interesting bird this is Carole, and the flowers are just lovely. This bottom one with the unknown name must be awesome when it is totally blooming out. Yes, I am going to be with deanna at this upcoming photography class. Wish you were coming too. Wouldn't that be alot of fun!! I am looking forward to it expecially as I have never been to the Charleston SC area before. One of the things we are going to do is photograph at a 400 year old plantation which has some extensive gardens. Really looking forward to going. Best to you! Did I tell you my second great grandchild is due July 10th. WOW, that is all I can think of to say!
