Walking Circular Quay to Lavender Bay, Part One

Weatherwise the day started out 'iffy' when I met up with two friends at Circular Quay, harbourside, late morning, after a two-hour train journey. Our plan after coffee, was to walk across the harbour-bridge, to Lavender Bay.

By the time we'd walked partway along here, a cold southerly buster came through, and with a vengeance.  From then on, it was a bleak and grey day, with occasional showers

this team of eager bridge climbers, were doing it much differently to us.

  3. Hi there - I have to say I think all the barbed wire and spikes in the first couple of shots is a little off putting!

I think I may have to organise a trip to Sydney, just to see some of the icons!

  5. Ooo...you can climb up the bridge? I'd love that but these days I cannot get to close to the edge without getting that feeling of being sucked over.

    Those bridges and buldings. Wow!

You are a real photographer to get those great shots everywhere. You must be on your
    tippy toes for some.

    That Opera House.

    Okie Molie!

thanks for visiting Snap Happy Birding, and for leaving a comment; I can still see them. Now both my blogs are resting in idle mode. It was time to give other things priority, even though I miss my regular blogging and the feedback that came my way over the years. Take care.
