Brian, the second flower (nasturtium) I have recently planted lots of seedling plants out to fill a garden strip where large shrubs had been removed. They flower prolifically throughout the hot months of the year, run riot (but easy to pull out and let the self-seeders take over again). By Christmas I should be able to show you the bigger picture of them en masse.
You also asked if they are my flowers, yes, all but the last pink shrub is.
thanks for visiting Snap Happy Birding, and for leaving a comment; I can still see them. Now both my blogs are resting in idle mode. It was time to give other things priority, even though I miss my regular blogging and the feedback that came my way over the years. Take care.
Magnificent shots of these wonderful flowers, great photo work ...
ReplyDeleteBest regards, Karin
look at you getting spring flowers on the other side of the world! :)
ReplyDeleteReally pretty flowers Carole. I sometimes forget that you are going into spring while we are going into fall.
ReplyDeleteWhat beautiful colors! I love the second flower! Are these yours?
ReplyDeleteThese are all so lovely Carole, and they do make me think SPRING, even though it is nearly fall here in texas. Very nice
