Skywatch Friday: Mundi Mundi Plains, N.S.W.

The Mundi Mundi Plains late in a day. My Broken Hill and the Outback booklet tells that 'Priscilla, Queen of the Desert' and 'Mad Max' (released as 'The Road Warrior' in the US) were shot here.

  2. Lovely countryside. It reminds me of the poem by Dorothea Mackellar called "My Country".

  4. Love the rolling hills and that color in the last shot is gorgeous! I've seen Mad Max, but not the first movie. More cool information!

thanks for visiting Snap Happy Birding, and for leaving a comment; I can still see them. Now both my blogs are resting in idle mode. It was time to give other things priority, even though I miss my regular blogging and the feedback that came my way over the years. Take care.
