I knew when I saw the title there were going to be more gorgeous scenery shots! I was right. Beautiful country! I don't know what that bird is, but I love that photo.
Great photos, Carole. I love the old buildings and the tree reflections under the bridge. I like the black and white ruffed Lemurs in the previous post too.
Carole, these are beautiful photos of a beautiful place. I can hardly imagine scenery more different from the walk in the rice fields I posted a few days ago! :-)
thanks for visiting Snap Happy Birding, and for leaving a comment; I can still see them. Now both my blogs are resting in idle mode. It was time to give other things priority, even though I miss my regular blogging and the feedback that came my way over the years. Take care.

ReplyDeleteThanks TexWisGirl!
ReplyDeleteJeanne it was part of my ‘excursion’ to Mudgee, on the birding trip a few weeks back.
Gorgeous photos of delightful Australian countryside. The old buildings certainly have their own character.

ReplyDeleteThe place looks wonderful! The house amid the grassland, surrounded by tress is perfect countryside residing! The pebble stream is inviting :)

Lovely scenery, Carole! I particularly love the first shot but all re wonderful.
ReplyDeletePerhaps a form of Gerygone? I will work on it. The tail has me stumped a bit, together with the rest.
ReplyDeletePale-yellow Robin ... ah but says it seldom leaves dense cover. Drats.
ReplyDeleteA Yellow Thonrnbill doesn't have the eye-patch nor the wedged-tail.
Consider a Jacky Wynter ... not the eye-ring though.
Gorgeous shots of our beautiful Australian countryside. I love those barns!!
