"Intruiged" one of the trio in the video, they came paddling towards me as if to just, get in the picture! Was it because I had the tripod set up and they thought it a fishing pole, that I had a catch on standby?

to the right of this photograph shows part of a Casuarina (She-Oak) tree. This location achieved it's name from these, in that the early timbercutters got to them for the purpose of roofing shingles
all is calm, and the guys are still fishing

ReplyDeleteGorgeous pictures, Carole. I really loved hearing the surf and the wind in the video. I was just wondering where the birds were - there must be bird sounds at the coast. And then there they were. You got a great shot of the single one - a beautiful curious one, for sure. The blue boat is very special! That's the kind of find every photographer longs for! I sure miss the water! I'm long overdue for a trip to the shore.

That's a great cloud formation in the first photo! Actually, you got lots of great clouds in these shots. I'm still in awe of your scenery! It's so beautiful.

ReplyDeleteLovely shots of a lovely area, Carole. I always remember Shingle Splitters Point as it is about half-way between Sydney and Wauchope and where my birth family had numerous family picnics.
