Starting point for walking and exploring
Juvenile Fig Bird
now at Leneghans Swamp
this guy came down to check us out ...
just some of the group
Out came folding chairs from car-boots for morning-tea time. I got lucky with a nice coffee; no short-cuts here; nothing like home comforts on the side of the road! A welcome respite from the hot sun in what shade could be found.
Another two locations visited will make up the follow-on posts, coming soon.
A beautiful day for taking some beautiful photos. Looks like a great place to do some birdwatching. I love the horse
ReplyDeleteglad you showed the snap of the whole crew w/ cameras. quite the tour. loved the horse shot, and those black swans are beautiful!
ReplyDeleteI love those swans! I'm partial to the black plumage. Looks like a beautiful place and you had some great weather. Gorgeous scenery!
ReplyDeleteLove the Black Swans. Is that Coffee or tea in the cup, whatever it is it looks yummy.
ReplyDeleteThe flowers in the green plants is perfect.

Lovely black swans! Like your cuppa too! Looks yummy!
ReplyDeletethose are some pretty mean lenses there. excellent work
ReplyDeletethanks for lovely comments. Horst even though we call this 'morning-tea-time' it can be coffee or tea whatever you choose. It's just a reflection on the time of the morning suited for morning cuppa. This one's definately a coffee.
ReplyDeleteWho would have thought a swamp could hold such beauty!!! (hope this post goes thru...last try didn't).
ReplyDeleteHugs,
Jan
The black swans are fascinating - likely because they are not found here. And the horse is a lovely portrait!
ReplyDeleteThat coffee looks so yummy, and in a china cuo, not plastic!!!!!
Those black swans are so beautiful! Are the flowers in the green plants lillies? I like the fifth photo of the blue cloudy sky with the grass and branches in the foreground. Not to forget the lovely horse. Is that a brand I see on him, number 2!
