Nature's bounty - October

On a lovely weather day recently ...

blue sky and cumulus clouds


seduction rose

blue-tongue recharging its batteries in the sunshine
(taken through second-floor window glass)


and the beautiful, somewhat timid, Spotted Turtle Dove, knew I was up to something with my camera poised at a distance



and self-seeded linarias; just love them.

    What a fun little trip I just took 'down under'! Thanks for sharing your wonderful pictures Carole...I've never seen linarias before...look a bit like orchids. Would love to visit and personally be able to take in all your lovely sights!!!
